Orders placed within 48 hours of a price drop can be accommodated for a price adjustment with a store credit refund.

Don’t panic! Sometimes postal carriers prematurely list a package as delivered. We recommend taking a peek at your order confirmation to ensure that the shipping address looks correct and checking in with neighbors to make sure they didn’t accidentally snag your package, if possible. If your package doesn’t arrive after 7 business days, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Yes! We offer gift wrap in a beautiful gift box, with tissue paper and ribbon to any order for $10. For $2.50 you can also add a specialized gift note that will be placed inside your package.
